ok baji Terms and Conditions

1.1 Introduction and Acceptance

ok baji is an online entertainment platform that provides sports betting, casino games, and related services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between ok baji and all its registered members.

By registering on the platform or using any service, you agree to comply with every clause of these Terms. ok baji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with prior notice.

1.2 Key Definitions

• "Platform" means the ok baji website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Member" means any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" means the member's personal user account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional reward, deposit match, or cashback offered by ok baji.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the condition specifying how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Net Loss" means the amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To register on and use the ok baji platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. Any form of betting or casino activity on this platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.

All information provided at the time of registration must be complete, truthful, and accurate. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found to be operated by the same person, household, or device, all associated accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ok baji reserves the right to verify the identity of its members. A copy of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence may be requested at the time of a withdrawal application or whenever required. Failure to provide the requested documents may place the withdrawal process on hold.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can be deposited on the ok baji platform via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳500.

For bank transfers, transactions from major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank are accepted. Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in the member's own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The same payment method used for deposit must be used for withdrawal — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer.

Before requesting a withdrawal, you must ensure that the wagering requirements for all active bonuses linked to your account have been met. Pending wagering requirements may delay the withdrawal process.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total account balance to ৳2,000. To become eligible to withdraw this bonus, a wagering of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be completed.

The welcome bonus applies only once per member and is a promotional reward — an additional benefit provided on top of the deposit.

4.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses

Under the ok baji Weekly Deposit Festival offer, depositing on any working day of the week earns a 50% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳5,000, with a 20x wagering requirement to withdraw the bonus. Minimum deposit is ৳500.

Under the ok baji Cricket Deposit Bonanza offer, depositing during any live cricket match earns a 30% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳3,000, with a 15x wagering requirement. Under the Monday Slots Bonus Festival, depositing into the slots section every Monday will automatically add a 40% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳4,000, with an 18x wagering requirement.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used for betting and gaming activity on the ok baji platform.
• It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• Before withdrawing winnings earned using a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met.
• ok baji reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Misuse of bonuses or attempting to claim bonuses by unauthorised means may result in account closure.

5.1 VIP Tiers and Benefits

The ok baji VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Members can gradually advance to higher tiers by remaining regularly active.

Weekly cashback applies at each tier — Bronze: up to 0.2%, Silver: up to 0.4%, Gold: up to 0.6%, Platinum: up to 0.8%, Diamond: up to 1.0%. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week.

5.2 Cashback Calculation Method

Weekly cashback is determined on the net loss for that week — that is, the amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses. For example, if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.

Cashback is automatically credited to the account every Monday and is based on the transactions of the previous week (Monday to Sunday).

6.1 Betting Rules

All bets are considered final once confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless ok baji itself cancels the bet due to a technical error.

In the event of a technical error, network outage, or unusual odds display, ok baji reserves the right to review the affected bets and cancel or re-settle them.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits.
• Match fixing or attempting to influence outcomes by dishonest means.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated systems.
• Using another member's account credentials or attempting to access their account.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, ok baji reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all funds.

7.1 Use of Personal Information

The collection and use of members' personal information by ok baji is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Information provided by members is not shared with third parties, except where required by law.

The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all financial transactions and personal information secure.

7.2 Account Security Responsibility

Each member is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials, password, and OTP confidential. If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, ok baji's support team must be notified immediately. ok baji will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from sharing a password with another person.

8.1 Limit-Setting Features

ok baji places the highest priority on responsible gaming. Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to help stay aware of their responsible gaming. An option to temporarily suspend an account is also available if needed.

If you notice any signs of gaming addiction or find it difficult to stay in control, please contact the ok baji support team. Gaming should always be for entertainment — not as a source of income.

8.2 Protection of Minors

ok baji is committed to preventing access by anyone under the age of 21. If a minor illegally creates an account, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

9.2 Complaint Submission Process

For disputes regarding betting results, the data recorded by ok baji will be treated as the final evidence.

10.1 Liability for Service Disruption

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, server outages, or third-party issues. ok baji will not be liable for any financial loss in such circumstances. However, if a technical error affects betting results, ok baji will review the relevant bets and take appropriate action.

10.2 Changes to Terms

ok baji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10.3 Account Closure and Termination

Any member may request to close their account at any time through the support team. Pending withdrawals must be completed and bonus conditions must be fulfilled before account closure. ok baji also reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.

10.4 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved within the applicable legal framework of Bangladesh.
